Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
SonarCompute ("we", "us") is an independent inference provider serving open-weight language models via API. Questions about this policy: privacy@sonarcompute.com.
2. What we collect
- Account data — name, company, email address, billing details.
- Usage metadata — model requested, token counts, timestamps, latency, HTTP status. Required for billing and capacity planning.
- Technical logs — IP address and request headers, kept for security and abuse prevention.
3. What we never collect
- We do not persist prompt content or model outputs after the response is delivered.
- We do not use customer inputs or outputs to train, fine-tune or evaluate models.
- We do not sell or share customer data with third parties for marketing.
Full details on retention windows are in our Data Retention & Logging Disclosure.
4. How we use data
Account and usage data are used solely to provide the service: authentication, metering, invoicing, abuse prevention, and service communications. We may produce aggregated, anonymized statistics (e.g. total tokens served) that contain no customer content.
5. Sub-processors
We use a small number of infrastructure and billing sub-processors under data-protection agreements. A current list is available on request.
6. Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+). Access to production systems is restricted, logged and protected by hardware-key MFA. Inference requests are processed in memory and are not written to durable storage.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting privacy@sonarcompute.com. We respond within 30 days.
8. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes are announced to account holders by email.
